Snaplyts uses Response-O-Matic to assist with receiving your layout requests and submissions. After filling out the form and pressing the "Submit Form" button, you will be directed to a page confirming that your form was properly received. To return to Snaplyts, you will need to click the "Continue" link on the Response-O-Matic web page.

If you are requesting a layout, please list as many details as possible about the layout you want including colors, type (default, skinny, etc) and links to photos (only your own images and photos. I will not use copyrighted images) If you are submitting a layout, please paste the code for your layout below! I will e-mail you when your layouts are posted on Snaplyts.com. Materials submitted become property of Snaplyts.com. Snaplyts will give credit to the original creators of all layouts and designs.
